INGREDIENTS
Roast and Grind
 ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
 1 tsp Urad Dhal
 6 Red Chillis
 1 ½ tbsp Coriander seeds
 ¼ cup grated coconut
Other Ingredients
 ½ cup Thuvar Dhal ( cooked and Mashed)
 1 Red onion sliced
 1 Tomato
 3 Green Chillis
 5 Springs curry leaves
 ½ tsp Tamarind paste
 1 tsp Salt
 1 cup Mixed Vegetable(Mango+brinjal+drumstick OR beans+carrot or any one (Chayote squash))
 1 tbsp Jaggery (optional)
Seasoning
 1 tsp Mustartd seeds
 1 tsp Urad
 ½ tsp hing
 Few curry leaves, whole red chillis

Roast and grind ingredients in section 1

Pressure cook thuvar dhal with oil and turmeric and mash when done. Add tamarind paste and set aside

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, when they splutter add urad, hing, sliced onions, slit green chillis and curry leaves. When brown add tomatoes and vegetables. Add water, salt and jaggery and cook

When veges are cooked add the mashed dhal and the ground paste and let simmer for few mins.
