Cholee
Heal Oil in Pan and add finely chopped onions and saute till brown. Add Ginger garlic paste midway.
Puree Tomato and add
Add 1 Tbsp Cholee masala and continue to cook until oil oozes out
Add soaked Cholee and pressure cook 15 mins
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges and chopped red onions
Note: You can make your own Cholee Masala by dry roasting and grinding below ingredients:
Coriander Seeds - 3 tbsps
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Red Chillies I used the byadage variety - 6
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Grated Nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon - 3 one inch pieces
Green Cardamom - 4
Black Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 12
